Store Policy

Availability
Orders must be placed by Thursday 1:00pm in order to guarantee availability.

Orders received after 1:00pm, may be processed, but it is not guaranteed that the entire order will be available. Your order may also be declined, depending on availability and timing of your order.

In the event that only part of your order is available, you will be notified via email of what will be arriving with your order and you will be refunded (the amount paid for items not being delivered) within 7 business days.

It always good to call us to verify what is available.

Packaging 

* The Entrees & Food that is normally eaten warm is packaged in disposable aluminum pans for your convenience. Items which contain gravy/liquid will also be wrapped with plastic wrap to ensure that the contents do not spill.

If you require double aluminum wrapping, you must inform us in the 'Notes' box which is at the bottom of the final checkout page. Please write, "Double aluminum wrapping required''. 

Paper Goods

* Paper Goods are included complimentary with our 2 Package Deals. 

If you are not ordering 1 of the Package Deals and would like to have Paper Goods added to your order, you will need to add the product called Paper Goods Package for 2 to your Shopping Cart.

The Paper Goods Package is for 2 people for a Complete Shabbos for $7.00.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the ‘Deliver To’ address specified on the order on Friday before Shabbos.
If you need it at a specific time on Friday or would like to receive it earlier (on Thursday etc) please request a specific delivery time by calling us on 310-909-7223 or by writing it in the comments box before submitting your order. We will try our best to accommodate reasonable requests.  

Free Delivery
As specified in the free delivery article, only orders that qualify will not be charged a delivery fee. If your order qualifies, at the checkout, you will have the option to select ‘free delivery’ as your delivery option.

Kashrus
All foods sold through this website, adhere to the strictest Kashrus standards maintained by Kehilla Kashrus Authority of Los Angeles. All items not containing meat, are to be considered Pareve, made on meat equipment and cannot be eaten together with dairy.

Gluten Free

Disclaimer: The dishes listed here in the "Gluten Free' category are considered 'Gluten Free' to the best of our knowledge, based on the ingredients we use to make the dish. Our facility produces items which contain Gluten, therefore, we cannot guarantee nor be held liable if Gluten shall be consumed in one of these dishes.
